It's not so difficult imo and there are many tutorials on youtube (tophattwaffle have the best ones).
Also porting is easier than making a map from nothing since you don't have to het ideas but you must
have css textures or it will be too complicated.
Well, I only really wanted to port maps anyways to help out. Plus, I find css textures are marginally better than tf2 ones from what I've seen in-game. If I ever wanted to make a surf map I'd use css textures.

I will try my best to do it right. The author of it already set up all the filters and I think my resizing's fine so I'll just need to test it a little bit I guess, make sure the filters work with our timer.
