Areaportal Leaks

So, I've had this problem with hammer for a long while now that I never knew how to fix. A lot of the entities in a map would end up leaking through a solid brush for no reason. I could never find an answer, because I was ignorant towards these errors in the compile log. So now, I realize that I'm seeing this:

This means that none of the brushes in leaf 0 or 1 that touches the portal has CONTENTS_SOLID 
Check for a huge brush enclosing the coordinates above that has contents CONTENTS_SOLID

Okay, so that means that something's wrong with these 'areaportals'. Problem is, I have NO idea what I'm doing when it comes to areaportals. It's very confusing, and the hammer wiki page doesn't explain it very well. It would be great if someone could teach me what they mean in a way I can understand, and maybe take a look at the file I'm trying to compile, which is this: Link

I'm also getting a lot of this, and it looks important and bad, but I don't know what it means either.

If anyone could help me, it'd be amazing. I really don't have a clue what's up.

I doubt this has anything to do with areaportals, it says that for normal leaks too.

However, things that could be causing a leak -

1) There are no entities in the map - this isn't your problem here

2) A world brush has a face with a translucent texture on it (eg glass) - try just applying a normal texture to the entire face - I'd guess this is your problem

3) The brush it's leaking through is part of a func_detail or other brush entity - kinda doubt this is your problem, but just in case, in the "visgroups" section on the right side, under the "auto" tab, deselect "world data" and "brush entities" and see if the brush is still there.

4) There's a brush entity who's center is in the void - if you see a pointfile going from nowhere to nowhere, this is probably the cause. I'm not sure the best way to deal with this, but one that will probably work is to select the entire map, go to Tools -> Center Origins, and if the problem persists, try checking large multibrush entities - if a circle appears right on one end of the pointfile when you click on them, just drag it outside of the void and into the level.
