Remove Flamethrowers In Bhop

people are airblasting other people around in bhop, times have even been cheated this way (and had to be removed)
please fix this, not only is it annoying/can mess up runs, it can cheat times

I just copied the weapon blacklist from surf servers over to bhop, not entirely sure why that wasn't already set up. Sorry about that!
