Missing bonuses?

Noticed a few maps are missing bonuses, I'll keep a list here.

surf_faint_fix - missing one bonus, unresized, included in map but not zoned. It's possible, I tested it, but it needs a lot of prehop since the start boost doesn't work.
surf_wood - missing a bonus (removed from map)
surf_minecraft - missing a bonus (removed from map)
surf_sluice - we ported original ksf version, razer put out an _final version with 5 bonuses! should be re-ported (or at least the b's)
surf_sinister - missing a 'bonus' which is just the tough surf from s3 to b entry
surf_calibration - missing a bonus, we used to have it but it was bugged cos of teleports and removed. Fixable CIA filters?
surf_lament - one bhop bonus missing, needs to be zoned

i agree on the sluice bonuses. The wood bonus too (even though it'l be a pain in the ass on resurfed X3.

Might try re-porting minecraft, sluice, and wood to get the bonuses in, though it's obviously up to Deathly/Malt/Nasty/whoever as to whether they want them implemented. Sinister and faint_fix just need to be zoned I think (though faint's b2 is a little broken so that too might need to be re-ported)

If you add sinister b2 you would need to change the height of the end platform. For some reason it is really low so its very easy.

It would be lower than the one on _evil because its the easier version of the map, i dont really think it needs changing

It's kinda a hassle to put up _v2/_fix versions but I can, as long as you leave the rest of the map exactly how it was to not mess up any triggers and whatnot.

I swear that when I was flying around once in Rebel_scaz I saw some kind of thing that could be turned into a bonus. That glass chute after checkpoint 1... Someone want to confirm that for me?
