set retroartz up for 3x normal boost or w/e its set to on ksf

Whoever has access to stripper should fix some of the buggy glitches.
Aka surf_Sh boost ( raise the boost by a little in s2 ) *
surf_scaz ( telehop should be coming from top and not from spawn ) *
surf_cook ( perhaps get stronger boost so people wont suicide on the boost )
surf_retro ( either limit the boost to 3 like elf said or make the boost stronger from the get go instead of cboosting/repeating it ) *
surf_pandemonium bonus boost ( push start zone a little back ) *
surf_coralis triangle boost ( speed is nearly impossible to keep and needs to be changed to trigger_gravity ) *
These are the basic ones . I might update a list if anyone wants, everyone is welcome to add.

Changing the trigger in coralis to gravity won't work. That section attests all to bhop not working properly in tf2.

- Fixed !resume bug.
- Completely rewrote custom zones plugin. !triggername no longer requires quotes. Added required features needed for a core timer rewrite.
- Completely rewrote VE plugin. There is a limit of 12 extends (2 hours), but this can be easily changed at any time.
- Began transition of some plugins to SM 1.7 Syntax.
- New trigger options. cst_nextstage, which teleports the player to the next stage using stored spawn locations and velocity. cst_tostage #, which teleports player to a specific stage. It is highly recommended to use this instead of cst_nextstage, since there is no context requirement. When a player disables their timer with !timer, cst_nextstage triggers will fail to function properly due to the timer not knowing what stage the player is on. This is not an issue with cst_nextstage.
